The only things that we have blocked application wise are proxies, BitTorrent, Kazaa, Skype, Apple Remote Desktopand all of the Games.Do you have any web app blocks in place that could be possibly blocking the traffic?
PlayStation Network is allowed, because one of the ports that it blocks is used by out encrypted chat program.
If it were was a block, I would expect it to function all of the time and only affect GoToMeeting, instead of randomly preventing her to get to anything on the internet.
